The first track off of Fitzroy's debut album "Skyline", 'Day by Day' is a stomping blues song inspired by the effects of the natural environment, global warming and specifically about Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. Delivered with Izo's signature rasp the repeated line: "She's gonna take it back" ominously refers to Mother Nature reclaiming what's hers in this driving and powerful track.
